Rotary Disc valve

Rotary Disc valve

Rotary Disc Valve and Rotary Gate Valve is mainly used for pneumatic ash handling systems of thermal power plants and designed for pressurized and vacuum systems including dense and dilute phase pneumatic conveying systems (systems like positive pressure dense phase, low positive pressure and negative pressure). Rotary Disc  valve  is  a  quick  open/close  valve  that  realizes  opening/closing  through  a  rotary  disc. It is designed especially for the abrasive and erosive medium. Valve used at discharge, inlet and venting applications.

The  self-grinding  function  of  its  particular  hard  sealing  face  allows  its tightness  to  be  improved  increasingly  during  the  application  with  abrasive and erosive materials,  making  its service  life  several  times  longer  than  that  of  other  valves.  Its disc, seat and body are separate structures connected with bolts, facilitating maintenance and replacement and reducing costs for operation and maintenance
